We perform quality control on the full production cycle:

  • RAW MATERIAL. Reception control:
    We inspect and, if necessary, re-work the raw material and components in order to ensure that only satisfactory material enters the production process.
  • PROCESS. Quality control cycle:
    Trying to ensure that the process is working well in each of its steps.
  • END PRODUCT. Verifications:
    Unit selection or sampling of products suspected of not meeting the customer’s specifications, segregating and/or reworking any faulty parts.

For more than 25 years we have been representing more than 20 TIER 1 from Opel, Ford, VW Group, Toyota, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Renault, Nissan, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW.

With a real, effective and continuous presence in the manufacturer itself through the RESIDENT TECHNICIAN, we can minimise the impact of incidents:

  • In PPMs and costs
  • In terms of the damage to our customer’s image with the manufacturer.

The support that we offer through this service:

  • Monitoring of the approval of samples (PPAP), design changes, etc.
  • Rapid feedback on any non-conformity that has occurred in the customer’s assembly line.
  • Coordination of immediate containment (segregation of non-conforming parts, re-working, sending of samples to the supplier, control of the activities of external selection companies, etc.)
  • Receipt of shipments controlled by the supplier.

CSL1 Controlled shipping level 1

Following a repeated quality problem detected by the OEM, this measure consists of the 100% verification of Tier 1 parts supplied to the OEM whilst working on improving its process.

We have carried out approximately 300 CSL1 projects:

  • 200 required at Tier 1 by OPEL.
  • 80 required at Tier 1 by other OEMs such as Ford, VW, Audi, and Volvo.

This implementation has allowed us, in each case, to prevent our customers being penalised at Level II.

It is normal for changes to parts to be finalised during the process of launching a new model.

This means that parts have to be changed on the previously manufactured cars or products (RETROFIT).

We have the staff, tools and experience necessary to carry out this type of operation with the maximum guarantee, travelling to any point in Europe, for both automotive components and electrical transformers.

During the launch of a new product, an exhaustive, visual and operational final inspection is needed to guarantee quality and prevent the product reaching the buyer with a defect.
